Phone Evaluation Process
Your devices are evaluated through our trusted multi step verification program. Our team of experts closely examine each device for scratches, dents, cracks and other signs of wear that were not disclosed during your quote process. We encourage all customers to closely look at each device when evaluating the condition during check out.
Vineyard Phones reserves the right to adjust value if the phone arrives different than described.

Upon checkout you can decide between UPS or Fedex for your shipment method. You will be sent a free shipping label provided by Vineyard Phones to your email. Please print and attach this label to any box with safe packaging and drop to your local store or drop box.
If we receive any device that is not already wiped of all information it is immediately erased per NIST standards.
All packages are insured through their carrier up to $100USD. If you would like additional insurance you are provided that option at checkout.

You are responsible for any damage that may occur to your package during transit. We strongly encourage all customers to package their devices securely.
